Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. You can reach us by calling (972) 988-9916, emailing sally@therainingroses.com, or by responding to your email confirmation.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments without notice, are considered no-shows. In such cases, a $50 no-show fee may apply. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

We recognize that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If something unexpected prevents you from attending, please reach out. Fee waivers may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

If we ever need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you’ll have the option to:

  • Reschedule for a later time, or

  • Cancel without penalty.
